Brett Schneider – Director of Brand Partnerships – Complex Networks

Brett is Director of Brand Partnerships at Complex Networks – a multi-brand, multi-platform network for youth culture which was founded by fashion designer Marc Ecko. Complex reports on trends in style, pop culture, music, sports, and sneakers with a focus on streetwear, sneaker culture, hip hop, and graphic art. His experience on both the creative agency and publisher side provides a unique skillset when working with brands. He’s become proficient at switching between traditional advertising and branded content storytelling, helping to guide clients to the best solution to solve a business problem. Prior to joining Complex, Brett was a Brand Director at 72andSunny.

Robb High developed his consulting company, Robb High Associates, which specializes in helping marketing communications firms of all sizes become more effective at winning new clients. Robb has worked with over 750 firms across the country.

Charlie joined TUMI in 2015 as Chief Digital Officer to oversee and develop the brand’s national and international e-commerce and digital platforms. He brings a mix of entrepreneurial and institutional knowledge to the company with success in both fields, and a focus on creating structures to empower creativity driven by energy and objectivity. Prior to joining TUMI, Charlie held several other titles, including serving as CEO of The Line and head of e-commerce for Lucky Brand and Schiff Nutrition, the largest acquisition of a VMS company in the history of Wall Street.

Brian Killingsworth – CMO, Vegas Golden Knights

Brian Killingsworth serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer for the Vegas Golden Knights. As CMO, he oversees the team’s marketing , strategy, branding, communications, content, digital, analytics, retail, fan development, youth hockey and will promote the Golden Knights brand within the community and internationally. In addition, he will work to integrate and cross promote the domestic wineries owned and operated by Bill Foley as well as his Rock Creek resort properties in Montana and Idaho. Killingsworth joined the Golden Knights after spending the last two seasons as Chief Marketing Officer of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League. His experience also includes VP of Marketing and Brand Strategy for the St. Louis Rams for three seasons and 10 years as Senior Director of Marketing and Promotions for the Tampa Bay Rays.


Jae Goodman – CEO, Observatory Agency

Jae helped rebrand CAA Marketing to Observatory Marketing. He previously served as CAA Marketing’s Co-head and Chief Creative Officer since 2006. The new name is meant to call to mind Observatory’s place as a cultural observer and connection to global popular culture.

Brian King – VP Marketing, Owens Corning

Brian King is currently Vice President of Strategic Marketing for Owens Corning. In his current role, he leads marketing for the $2.5B Roofing Business. Brian was born in the UK and educated in Canada, as a result he has not met a vowel … that he cannot soften. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in commerce from McMaster University, he started his career in marketing. For the last 20 plus years, Brian has been fortunate enough to work around the world, in a variety of product, strategic and promotional roles at B2B, B2C and direct to consumer organizations including, Avery Dennison, Elmer’s, and Stanley Black and Decker.


Marc Seguin- CMO, PopChips

As CMO of California based healthy snack alternative PopChips, Marc oversees all marketing and advertising initiatives for the brand. This is not his first experience in food marketing as he formerly served as Senior Brand Manager for Dole for over 5 years and VP Marketing at Paramount Farms.

Mark Snyder – Former CMO of Church’s Chicken

Mark is Principal and Founder of his brand consultancy firm, Concepts in Excellence LLC. Using the experience gained in his past roles as CMO of Kmart and Church’s Chicken, he helps develop strategic plans for hospitality brands.
