Anthony Diaz – Sixthman

Anthony Diaz is the Chief Executive Officer and CMO at Sixthman. Vivek Saran – Belle Tire

At Belle Tire, Vivek has introduced and integrated cutting-edge marketing technology into a comprehensive go-to-market approach from pricing to promotions to customer engagement. His innovative approach has led to significant same store revenue growth and the successful introduction of Belle Tire to new markets. More importantly, “V” as he is known around the office, is proud of his reputation and dedication to teaching, mentoring and empowering the go-to-market team and colleagues across the organization. V is driven by an innate curiosity on why consumers make the decisions they do. That passion has led to a 20+ year track record as a strategic leader in several integrated marketing firms tasked with uncovering consumer, market, brand and product insights, as well as, turning them into business opportunities that drive expansion, turn around, growth and innovation. Clients span a wide range of categories including Adidas Golf, Carrier/Bryant, Colgate Palmolive, Coca-Cola, Make-A-Wish, Purina, Rite Aid Pharmacy and S.C. Johnson & Family, among others. Episode 102: Steve Glum & Jeff Perkins

Steve Glum – Consultant

Steve Glum is a highly-accomplished big-brand marketing specialist and content creation expert, building some of the most prominent and dynamic entertainment, lifestyle, attractions, resorts and restaurant brands in the world. His career spans marketing and branding leadership with Walt Disney World Resort, Disney’s Pleasure Island, Hard Rock Cafe, House of Blues, Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, Great Wolf Lodge Indoor Waterpark Resort, and Ace Cafe, among others. Steve most recently held the reins of Chief Marketing Officer for Ace Cafe North America – the group responsible for bringing the first Ace Cafe to the USA – a position he presided over for five years, handling every single detail of the US brand introduction and location launch in Orlando, FL. Earlier in his career, Steve held marketing positions at House of Blues, The Walt Disney Company, and Pleasure Island. Steve earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Stetson University, and post-graduate from the IAAPA Institute for Executive Education at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.


Jeff Perkins – ParkMobile

Jeff Perkins is Chief Marketing Officer of ParkMobile, the leading provider in mobile parking solutions. Prior to ParkMobile, Jeff was the CMO of QASymphony where he helped establish the brand and grow revenue 500% over a three-year period. He also has held senior marketing leadership positions at PGi and Jeff started his career grinding it out in the NYC ad industry at Saatchi & Saatchi. His experiences range from traditional to digital, B2C to B2B, and agency-side to client-side. Jeff received his BA from American University and MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He is a frequent contributor to several marketing publications and a speaker at many industry events. When he’s not working, you might find him riding his Peloton bike or attending a Bruce Springsteen concert (he’s been to 26 so far). He lives in Atlanta with his awesome wife, two adorable daughters (ages 7 and 10) and two hyper puppies.


Episode 101: Chad Waetzig & Casey Hurbis


Chad Waetzig – Crunch Fitness

With nearly 30 years of experience in the industry, Chad is a marketing leader with experience in branded consumer products and services. He is an innovative strategist proficient in positioning, lifestyle branding, new initiative development, marketing communications, and team building. Diverse skills include classical packaged goods expertise, experiential marketing, and financial management capabilities. Chad is the EVP of Marketing and Branding for Crunch Fitness – which has over 300 locations across the country. His past positions held have been with several major national brands, including but not limited to Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Marriott International, and Procter and Gamble. Chad is a graduate of The University of Kansas where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a strong focus on marketing and finance.


Casey Hurbis – Quicken Loans

Casey Hurbis is the Chief Marketing Officer for Quicken Loans. In this role, Casey leads both online and traditional marketing initiatives, while driving new, innovative strategies to captivate the audience of the nation’s most trusted and second largest home lending brand. Casey joins the Quicken Loans family after 24 years in marketing, most recently leading advertising and communications for FIAT, where he made a splash by helping to successfully reintroduce the FIAT brand to the U.S. market. Equally important to his brand-building efforts is Casey’s work with, and dedication to, several local and national charities. Three charities particularly close to his heart are the Special Olympics, the Salvation Army and Bethany Christian Adoption Services. In addition to his community efforts, he serves on the Board of Directors for Adcraft Detroit. Casey, his wife and two children reside in metro-Detroit. Casey is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he can be found every Fall cheering on his Spartans.
