Brett is Director of Brand Partnerships at Complex Networks – a multi-brand, multi-platform network for youth culture which was founded by fashion designer Marc Ecko. Complex reports on trends in style, pop culture, music, sports, and sneakers with a focus on streetwear, sneaker culture, hip hop, and graphic art. His experience on both the creative agency and publisher side provides a unique skillset when working with brands. He’s become proficient at switching between traditional advertising and branded content storytelling, helping to guide clients to the best solution to solve a business problem. Prior to joining Complex, Brett was a Brand Director at 72andSunny.

Brian Killingsworth serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer for the Vegas Golden Knights. As CMO, he oversees the team’s marketing , strategy, branding, communications, content, digital, analytics, retail, fan development, youth hockey and will promote the Golden Knights brand within the community and internationally. In addition, he will work to integrate and cross promote the domestic wineries owned and operated by Bill Foley as well as his Rock Creek resort properties in Montana and Idaho. Killingsworth joined the Golden Knights after spending the last two seasons as Chief Marketing Officer of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League. His experience also includes VP of Marketing and Brand Strategy for the St. Louis Rams for three seasons and 10 years as Senior Director of Marketing and Promotions for the Tampa Bay Rays.


Jae Goodman – CEO, Observatory Agency

Jae helped rebrand CAA Marketing to Observatory Marketing. He previously served as CAA Marketing’s Co-head and Chief Creative Officer since 2006. The new name is meant to call to mind Observatory’s place as a cultural observer and connection to global popular culture.

For the last 20 plus years, Brian has been fortunate enough to work around the world, in a variety of product, strategic and promotional roles at B2B, B2C and direct to consumer organizations including, Avery Dennison, Elmer’s, and Stanley Black and Decker.


Marc Seguin- CMO, PopChips

Jo Ann is a purpose-driven executive and brings more than 25 years of marketing experience. Jo Ann is currently serving as the CMO of The Honey Baked Ham Company. Formerly, she was the Chief Marketing Officer for Interface, Inc. Prior to Interface, she was Vice President of Brand Marketing and Public Relations at Arby’s Restaurant Group resulting in a brand turnaround and 13 quarters of same sale growth. Prior to Arby’s, she spent 16 years at HoneyBaked Ham, where she served as Vice President of Marketing and then Chief Marketing Officer. Clay Dunn – Senior VP, No Kid Hungry

Chris Tomasso – President & CEO, First Watch Restaurant Group

Chris first joined First Watch in 2006 as its first Chief marketing Officer when the company had only about 60 restaurants in 9 states.
